In Arizona, this manifests as aggressive federal overreach: From EPA regulations stifling local energy and mining to mandates on public lands that ignore our needs. Establishment moderates in both parties have sold out, allowing Washington to dictate on everything from water rights to election integrity, betraying the 10th Amendment's promise of state sovereignty. In LD1, this hits home: Rural communities in Yavapai County struggle with water scarcity, workforce shortages, and substance abuse, while federal strings on grants hinder local solutions. Grassroots voices echo this frustration, reminding us the U.S. is a republic designed to limit mob rule and protect liberties—not a system where elites override the people.This isn't just politics; it's a betrayal of the trust. Moderates compromise, but constitutional resolve demands we fire the trustees who display treason through inaction or capitulation.

Yavapai County's communities bear the brunt: Child care crises limit workforce participation, and unaddressed health issues like addiction strain local budgets, all while Washington hoards power without accountability.
